You can also pay for your order via PayPal. Simply select PayPal as your payment method. At the end of the order process, you will be forwarded directly to PayPal. However, please note that in rare cases processing errors which are beyond our control can occur on the PayPal web pages. Furthermore, it is not possible to pay for an order in advance or by invoice via PayPal as this cannot be assigned in our system. If you return goods, the respective amount will be credited to your PayPal account.

To ensure your credit card details are protected, all your data are transferred via an encrypted SSL connection to prevent them from being accessed by a third party. Please note: If your credit card is fraudulently used by an unauthorised party, you can lodge an appeal with your credit card company. In cases of fraud, you will receive a refund. As a general rule, most credit card companies cover all costs or limit your liability to a maximum excess of EUR 50. In the event of damage/loss that is proven to have resulted from a FALKE order, we will pay a maximum amount of EUR 50, provided the damage/loss has not already been covered by the respective credit card company.
